I raised this issue earlier before the matter came to court and hon. Muturi was on the Chair; the hon. Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare has already given me the response, and I have with me. So, by way of background information, we requested this matter before it went to court, and he has already given me the Statement. I was ready to seek clarifications. The issue of this matter being sub judice does not arise."
