    "content": "Thank you hon. Speaker for this opportunity. I would like to thank the Chairperson for Departmental Committee on Heath for the detailed and positive response to our request. Salgaa-Eldoret Road has for a long time become a menace both to motorists not only in Rongai but also to anybody travelling to Eldoret, Kisumu or to the western part of Kenya. I would like the National Treasury and the Ministry of Health--- I hope the response that construction will begin in 2015/2016--- If it is done then, there is nothing more to say, just to be grateful to the National Treasury and the Ministry of Health. Thank you very much Deputy Speaker."
