    "content": "Just to indicate that from what the Chair has just said--- You can see how the Constituency Development Fund has been of importance to the constituencies; it bought a six-acre piece of land. In addition to what the Chair has just said, I think it is also important for the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the National Transport Safety Authority to take charge of that road. It is sad that despite even having an hospital--- It is just not good for us to have an hospital without the safety authority taking charge of the road, so that we are able to reduce the number of accidents in Salgaa. It is very sad that every other day we get an accident, yet this can be controlled. On top of what the Chair has said, it is also important for the National Transport and Safety Authority to be able to take charge and be able to reduce accidents; they can be reduced and we avoid congesting hospitals.
