    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I would like to support this Bill. I want to thank my good friend hon. Keynan for bringing this Bill. Since we promulgated our new Constitution and the counties came into being, we have realized confusion with regard to titles. I think this Bill will bring order in this country. I remember that when hon. Uhuru Kenyatta was elected as the President of Kenya and we went to the Stadium, I was shocked to see Members of Parliament seated very far from where the President and the Deputy President were. This will maintain order and decorum in our national functions and also during social engagement by the Government."
