    "content": "I totally agree with the way the Bill has delineated the President, the Deputy President, the Speakers of Parliament and then the Chief Justice. I will bring some amendment because I think there are some issues to do with the Governor and Members of Parliament. With all due respect to my colleagues, I think the Governor must come before the Member of Parliament. It does not matter how you look at it. A person who has been elected by seven or six constituencies is definitely higher than a person who has been elected by only one constituency. As much as we want to have this in-fighting between the governors and Members of Parliament, we need to realize that we are making laws that will govern this country in future. I will bring that amendment personally so that we have the Governor coming before the Member of Parliament and then the rest will follow.
