    "content": "I would like to thank the owner of this Bill, hon. Adan Keynan, who brought a similar Bill in the previous Session. Even as we contribute to this Bill, I would like to know what happened with the National Symbols and Emblems Bill which was signed into law by the President. That is because even after the Bill was signed into law, we still have governors today who fly flags in the counties and nothing has happened to them. So, even as we discuss the Bill, it is important to insist that people have to follow the law."
