    "content": "I remember two months ago when we attended a function on a Sunday in a church in Murang’a County. At one point, the function came to a standstill because there was confusion between the Governor and the Senator as to who should invite the Deputy President to speak. The Senator insisted that he is the Deputy Speaker in the Senate while the Governor felt that he was the Governor of that county. So, there was a five-minute delay of silence. People were looking at each other and wondering who should speak first. The Deputy Governor took over and did what he did. To avoid such embarrassment to our people and even to us as leaders, it is important that we have order."
