Temporary Deputy Speaker, on the issue of using the sirens all over the place, it does not make sense that someone would sleep until 9.00 a.m. and feel that he should be in the office in five or ten minutes. All Kenyans are equal and nobody should be given preference in terms of using our highways. All those Kenyans pay taxes. If you are late, stay on the line. Wait for others and wait for your time instead of jumping the queue to get to your office. It is wrong and if this Bill goes through, it will bring a lot of order.
