    "content": "The main thing I am concerned about--- I hope hon. Members who have been elected would use their positions for the sake of the nation, instead of glorifying titles. I would feel comfortable if anybody would call me Mr. Serem, MP for Aldai and not even having the title “honourable”. That is because I want to be a servant of my constituents and not to be glorified so that I can feel so high. So, if this Bill goes through as I believe it will go through, the issue of having a “small god” or a “mini-president” in the counties will disappear. If all of us who are moving around in our constituencies will realize that, then the problem will come to an end. There will be no “small gods” all over glorifying their names and titles instead of serving the citizens who gave them those positions."
