    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, when we amend this Act we are going to make sure that equal responsibility and access is for both parents. Sometimes we also blame mothers because at times they become very harsh and refuse to give the fathers the rights to access the child maybe because something went wrong along the way. However, here we are saying the child’s right is paramount. We are not going to deny the child responsibility or access to both parents because the parents differed."
