You have stated very clearly that this Parliament should not go by newspaper cuttings or some matter raised in a sensational newspaper. I do not believe that this qualifies for House proceedings, but that ruling or any court proceedings have not been brought before you. So, hon. Kaluma is not barred by the issue of personal interest. In any event, and with a lot of respect to all the Members of Parliament, other than a few of them who are not married, all of us have interest because we have children."
