    "content": "This Bill is very important for us as Kenyans. Indeed, our Constitution reserved the entire Article 53 to the rights of children. It also alludes to parentage. Children are the best gift that nature gives to humanity and the society as a whole. We should not take matters of children so casually. There is no society that does not have a systematic and sustainable framework of taking care of their children, whether it is an animal society or a human society. It is only fair therefore, for the Kenyan society to embrace Article 53 of the Constitution and not only leave the responsibility of parentage to mothers and fathers, but extend it to the larger society.
