    "content": "As it is now, it is good that this House protects the child and also the women of this country because they are carrying the lion’s share of the burden by taking care of the children from infancy to the majority age. As one hon. Member mentioned, we also want to take care of all other children even those who are in the streets, those who are from not very able families and many others."
