    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has given me an answer claiming that, that teacher deserved to be interdicted. The teacher works within a community. Among the community we have a chief, district officer and district commissioner. I have before me here a letter from the chief of that area which is stating that the headmaster of the school actually incited the parents and the pupils to beat up that teacher. I have brought that letter. I have another letter which is the sick sheet from the hospital which is also indicating the same. The letter is from a doctor. I beg to table the documents."
