"content": "My apologies, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to thank the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, the Committee itself and all Members of staff who worked on this report. The distinguished Senator from Nyeri has presented the report in the spirit in which the Committee discussed it. I would like to inform the House that when the Committee decided to submit a majority and a minority views, it is purely on the impeachment article. It was a very weighty issue because of what Sen. Kajwang says; that it is a major contravention of the Constitution. Personally, I spent a sleepless night just thinking what that means. Is it really possible to send a Deputy Governor home with the consequences of what impeachment means on this particular issue?
