    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what we are doing here, and that is my fourth point is that impeachment is not an academic exercise. It is not a judicial exercise, but it is a political process. That does not mean that we cannot be fair. By being a political process, we can still be fair. However, we need to set the record straight that this is not a court process. That is why we have had issues with courts once in a while when they have not understood what we do here every time we are dealing with impeachment. Mr. Speaker, Sir, fifth point is that I have also listened with horror and disbelief as some of my colleagues, with due respect, have tried to trivialize some of the things that have been enumerated by the Committee. I am very proud that the Committee found some of the charges not substantiated. That is good enough. But at the same time, the Committee found that one of the charges was substantiated.
