Last week, I looked at the programme for the House for the week and I was under the false impression that today, I had only one Question. So, when I left the house in the morning, rather belatedly I was under the impression that I did not have a Question in the morning. I also take full responsibility because from our records in the Ministry, my two colleagues were not assigned to answer this Question. So, the assumption was that I would be here to answer the Question."
