    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir. From the outset, I want to thank all Senators. This is because the fact that we hold different views does not seem to affect the relationship between the various Senators. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also want to particularly thank the Committee that dealt with this issue. On many nights we argued and disagreed on these issues and eventually agreed on most of them. In fact, out of a line of 24 issues that we were supposed to discuss, we agreed on all of them, except three. Therefore, the fact that we did disagree on those three issues does not mean that the Committee did not work together.
