"content": "political, I think it is important for us to look at precedent as far as the impeachment processes are concerned and they are there in the Report including the dismissal of the Oklahoma Governor who after being cleared of many charges, he was dismissed for general incompetence. That is enough for us to do what we did. If the Committee were to say that there was general incompetence on this individual, it would have been enough. Therefore, even as we try to restrict ourselves to issues of law etcetera, let us remember that the Committee in its wisdom can recommend impeachment as long as it is convinced that the continuing holding of office by the Deputy Governor does not help the Machakos County.
