I heard the Leader of Minority saying that our Standing Order state that our quorum is 15 Members but it is also our tradition that we always say we have a delegation of 24 Members. It is also good that we honour what the leadership of this House had agreed before. We had agreed that whenever we are less than 24 Members, we defer the voting."
