    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to raise a point in respect to the timing of the point of order raised by Sen. Elachi regarding Standing Order No.54(3). I know we have applied that Standing Order on several occasions before. But I have also noticed that where we have it before, it has been immediately after the Speaker has put the question. On this particular occasion today, the Speaker has put the question, the bars have been drawn and we are virtually ready to go to division. Therefore, in my view, that particular Standing Order cannot be raised."
