The reason why we said that we need to have 24 Senators before we go to vote is because we said we must have a consensus in the House, that if we have matters for Bills or decisions on Division of Revenue Bill or County Allocation of Revenue Bill that affect the counties, we must work for a consensus to reach the number 24. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is important. The Speaker is assisting to facilitate the passing of that Bill or Motion.
