    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when I was talking about encroachment, I said that people invade land belonging to airstrips, but they do not hold titles to it. They probably just need eviction orders. However, where people have actually acquired land and got titles irregularly or unlawfully, you will be told by the KAA that whenever they have brought cases like that to us, we have revoked the titles, but, of course, taking into consideration all the legal issues that may arise."
