"content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. He has given a summary of the report but I have a whole report. I wish to have the following clarified. This work was to commence in January 2013. I am wondering why it took too long for the Ministry to realise that this work was not going on. It took a whole year for the Government to realize this in May 2014. Secondly, what is the variation in terms of costs? If they vary as he is saying what will be the total cost? Three, since this matter is in court, how was the contract agreement when it comes to termination in respect to breach of contract? Four---"
