    "content": "Much obliged Deputy Speaker. I beg to move that the County Allocation of Revenue Bill (Senate Bill No.13 of 2014) be read a second time. Before I prosecute the matter, allow me to make maybe three comments. First of all is to welcome hon. Moses Kuria to this House and also hon. Kariuki, who was recently elected in Mathare. Secondly, may I also say that I join those who find disturbing that Kenya Airways is flying to West Africa. We may not be the Executive but we represent the people who through their Government own significant shares in Kenya Airways. We have every right to demand that Kenya Airways stops exposing our people to a disease that is quite deadly. Now that hon. Midiwo and colleagues are on the other side and I can see them, I notice that some people have gone to Ufungamano on an agenda that is not very clear. I just wanted to offer that when they are clear on what they want in Ufungamano, we shall be more than glad in a spirit of collegiality to assist them. I beg to move."
