    "content": "feeling is that we need to relook at the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) formula to make sure that we get a fair share. I am not saying that Turkana is getting a lot of revenue; Turkana is getting 9.1 per cent and Mandera 7.8 per cent. Considering the population, it is important to look at this formula and see how much we can add to some of the counties like Kiambu which has a population of two million people and yet it is only allocated under Kshs6.5 billion.
