"content": "As I continue, of course hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to be informed; you are a senior lawyer. I had the pleasure of addressing the Law Society of Kenya this morning. I got a standing ovation, I have to say that. I am sure you can talk to your colleagues. In the referendum, the Law Society of Kenya will come up with their question; the pastoralists will come up with their question and so on. In fact, the Muslim community can say that the Kadhis court is a lower court and they would want to enhance it. So, we want to enhance the Kadhis court and we deal with the 20 per cent, so that Christians can relook at abortion as an issue. The age limit of a presidential candidate might also come up; that what should be the age of a President? Is it 60 or 65 years?"
