Member, who I respect and who is a Member of my Coalition in order to tell this House that PAC, in which I sit, that the reasons those accounts have not come to this House is because of the Chairman? He is probably aware that the only Committee that is allowed by the Speaker to sit almost on a daily basis so that they can clear all those accounts to allow for allocation of resources to the counties is PAC? Is he in order?"
