Members, right now, we are still dealing with 16 requests as it is now and you can see the interest that you have. So, we will have enough time on Tuesday, probably one or two hours, to discuss this subject. Then we will be able to put it to vote. You should know, of course, if you want to prefer amendments, it would have to be two- thirds of the House. I know those of you who are speaking to Section 12, for example, will need to have two-thirds of the House to amend that. I, therefore, order that this Bill - the County Allocation of Revenue Bill - be published in the Order Paper for 19th August 2014."
