Speaker, in the Statement, the Leader of the Majority should inquire into and report on the measures taken by the Government to end the confusion in admission of students to tertiary institutions. Secondly, he should tell us the role of the KMTC Academic Board in respect to admission of students to certificate and diploma courses in view of the fact that the arrangement provided for by the KMTC Act of 1990 was not repealed by Section 10 of the Universities Act of 2012."
