    "content": "I thank you Chair. I do not have much to say because I had been asked to second. I only want to say that tonight, our Speaker needs to rush this thing to the President so that the governors who keep on pointing fingers at us for faults which are not of our own making can stop doing so. If this is what is going to unlock the funds, this Parliament has moved the country forward and we can only thank ourselves. I think today we have earned our dues. Thank you."
