Order No.8 Paragraph II will stand deferred to Thursday, next week, at 2.30 p.m. on the ground that the sponsor of this Bill, Eng. Ephraim Maina together with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance have made presentations to me prior to the commencement of this sitting to the effect that they are consulting over necessary amendments to the Presidential Memorandum on which it is critical that they arrive at some agreement, if not concurrence or compromise, and they require time to be able to crystallize this. I have granted them their request, exercising discretion vested in me by the Standing Orders. So, Order No.8 Paragraph II is deferred to Thursday, next week, at 2.30 p.m. What is it, Eng. Maina?"
