    "content": "One of the best compromises that the Committee has come to is that this Bill comes to the Floor after the Marriage Bill and the Matrimonial Property Bill. In cleaning the Bill, the Committee has decided to make a choice that members of our country need to get into proper marital relationships so that they can be availed of the protection against domestic violence. We will be asking, as we pass this Bill, that men and women of our country contract their marriages properly. After they have done that, then those marriages must be free of violence so that we can move forward as a country."
