    "content": "The Bill is covered under Article 45 on the family protection. Again, the country has chosen to develop from the family unit; that the basic unit of society is a family. For that family to then be a proper basic unit of our society, it must be violence free. So, this Bill will ensure that the families that we have that are the basic units of the society; that our societies cannot develop until the family develops, that family will develop and become progressive when it has no violence. When we have children who go to school up to Form Four or university and they have not witnessed violence; that is the best thing."
