    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support this Bill. Indeed, I am very happy that we are discussing this Bill today. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, some of us have been on this area for many years. I have worked in this area for very many years while we tried to bring this Bill before the House. Therefore, I am indeed happy and I hope hon. Members will pass it without watering it down too much. I have seen some of the proposed amendments by the Committee. I would encourage the Committee to drop some of the amendments that would make the Bill not conform in substance to what the drafters of the Constitution intended when they made the provisions that hon.
