Speaker, I would also like to say that this Bill comes at the right time because it is about time that we brought up our children in a modern environment and secure environment where both parents can live with each other in harmony. It absolutely makes no sense when children cannot sleep at night and, therefore, cannot perform in school well during the day because of hearing their parents fighting at night."
