    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I would also like to say that the inclusion of counsellors is very important. We have said that the inclusion of police officers is not right. It is not the right moment to include police officers but what we need to ask ourselves is: Who are we comparing ourselves to? In countries like the United Kingdom (UK) they have a system where the victim is looked after properly. You can go to hospital or perhaps visit a counsellor or a private doctor. What we lack here is a secure system where the victim can be checked and where he or she can open up their hearts."
