    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. Though some of the issues I wanted to raise have been tackled, I would like the Chairman to clarify what is happening to children with albinism. This is because children, especially the new born, suffer a lot. This is because they are unable to access facilities. What is the Ministry doing to reach children because the Constitution is very clear on care of children? This is with reference to my constituency, where there has not been any assistance at all to children with albinism."
