"content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I would also like to inform my brother Mwaura that this is not a social welfare issue. It is a value issue. I am seeking further clarification about what the Ministry is doing, in consultation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, to inculcate values even in schools that albinos are Kenyans and human beings, we should start appreciating our brothers from that point of view? That is why I have a problem with my brother approaching this question from a social welfare point of view. This is reducing its value."
