    "content": "On a point of information, hon. Deputy Speaker. I think mine is a point of information. There is a background to this issue of sunscreen and albinos. This actually started way back in 2008/2009; at that time, we were dealing with the issue of people living with disability. It was noted that a lot of the problems of people living with albinism were now being put under disability; they have a lot of medical problems.
