"content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. Basically I want to seek a clarification from the Chair because you know there have been some myths about people with albinism. The hon. Member for Kitutu Chache North talked of his constituents with albinism disappearing and being taken to Tanzania due to demand for their skin and other things. On the issue of albinism what we need to know is--- Do we have any structured arrangement for identification and management of these cases? This is because you will find that it is not just a question of being exposed to ultra violet (UV) lights that cause skin cancers. They also need other social welfare support.
