    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to thank the Chairperson for the response, but I think it is inadequate. The purpose of the Provincial Administration is to give citizens access to services. Given that the district has been in existence for the last 10 years, it irrelevant for them to be told that they have not been gazetted and, therefore, they cannot have a police station, a DC and District Officers (DOs) posted there. This is part of marginalisation, and it is why we are having lots of security problems in this country."
