    "content": "Therefore, people come in central go to the north and people in the north feel as if their slots are taken. People of central feel as if their Member of Parliament does not do enough. I think the Government should rush and gazette all constituencies which have not been gazett. I do not know what it costs to gazette them, given that there is need to provide services closer to the people. I would like the Chairman of this Committee to follow up and get clear indication from the Ministry as to when we expect our people to get their right share of services from the government."
