    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I thank you very much for giving me this opportunity. The concern of all these Members is from the background of how we handle issues in this country. If we may compare the issue of insecurity in this country, our authorities always come in on intervention basis. We, the leaders seated here, have concern over the Ebola issue because, going by past experience where we were assured that something would not happen, and that the Government had taken charge only for us to lose many lives, is worrying. So, we are saying that we appreciate what the Committee is doing, but I want to send a strong message to the Government, on behalf of the people of Kenya.
