    "content": "I am sorry to raise my hand. I think there is an issue that I really need clarification on, hon. Deputy Speaker. In my constituency, there is no vehicle and no furniture. Out of the 401 people who were targeted, only 321 had their money brought. 80 of them are missing. We also had three people whose names were brought to my constituency and they were from another sub-county. So, I would like to know when the 80 people will get their money. I also want to know why Members from another sub-county were brought to my constituency.
