"content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker so, I think this amendment is very important and that is why I support it. It will now enable the father to take care of the child without really going through the court. To me, this is really also Biblical because by the time you are getting this child, you are agreeing either with your girlfriend or wife and you know when you look at the child, he or she has done nothing wrong. The child is innocent and it becomes very tricky when the child is now subjected to that kind of treatment where, for the father to see the child, he must go to court and get either a court order or you are forced by circumstances to agree with the mother for you to see your child.
