I will not go into the Bill itself because it has been adequately ventilated on. I will just go to the more important issue of basically educating and guiding the new body we are going to establish, so that it does not make the same mistakes that the Ligale Commission made. It is important to say this, so that when the new body brings its report to this House, it does not end in controversy as it happened with the Ligale Commission Report."
