    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we have to admit that the motorcycle industry popularly known as boda boda has revolutionalized transport in this country. It has cut the time of movement because of infrastructure as we are able to use even trucks. They do not have to use the main roads that favour 4WD vehicles. They have cut distances and of course, because of that, we have been able to contribute very highly to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the economy of this country. However, the paradox of the boda boda transport industry is that it is also the highest contributor to the mortality rate in this country.
