I am sure the young men and women who are here are very happy about it. Now, that Parliament is having the Public outreach, could it be in order for you to propose to the Chair that the Public Relations (PR) Department of the National Assembly be instructed that, when institutions are being introduced, the Members representing those who have come stand up to be seen by Members in the House?"
