    "content": "Hon. Speaker, you have seen how they talk. I recently saw a CS basically thumb his chest to this House against the law. I am of the view now that the country is talking a bloated wage bill--- We need to explain to Members and the country that when we used to have Cabinet Ministers from this House, there were very many advantages. In respect to the wage bill, the Minister was only paid additional responsibility allowance apart from their pay as a Member of Parliament. Now you have somebody who is being paid more money than a Member of Parliament and he or she refuses to answer adequately to Members of Parliament since he or she has this mentality that they are larger than life. If you scrapped all those positions, the Jubilee Members of Parliament will perform those functions on the salary that they are already earning."
